THE SCIENTIFIC ADVISORY BOARD

This board is composed of 6 French or foreign personalities who do not belong to the foundation. This board is appointed by the Board of Directors for 3 years and members are renewable by half. The Scientific Advisory Board is consulted in particular on great scientific orientations and on program of activities of the foundation. The Chairman and scientific directors attend the meetings of the scientific advisory board and they have a consultative role.

THE STEERING COMMITTEE

The Steering Committee is in charge of proposing and implementing the scientific orientations of the foundation. The members of the Steering Committee are appointed, on the chairman’s proposal, by the president and according to the board of directors’ advice.

THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

The management team is appointed by Board of Directors’ chairman and according to the Board of Directors’ approval. The management team puts the development strategy into practice. It is composed of the Chairman, of two Scientific Directors and of the General Secretary.

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors approves the foundation's strategy and looks after its application. The Board of Directors express its opinion on agreements (several in a year) with the founding members, with the partners and with the organization agreements with the doctoral schools. The Board of Directors is composed of voluntary members. The board has representatives of the founders, representatives of the scientific researchers network and qualified personalities among its members.
