CENTAURE Foundation PhD Fellowship 2016

A PhD fellowship funded by the charity Foundation CENTAURE (www.fondation-centaure.org) is open at the INSERM UMR 1064-Center for Research in Transplantation and Immunology/ITUN in Nantes (France). This PhD Program in Transplantation Immunology aims to recruit an outstanding junior scientist with a suitable Master degree to pursue a PhD project. The CENTAURE foundation promotes research projects in the 4 following fields (1) Mechanisms of Transplant tolerance (2) Late graft loss (3) Transplantation in diabetic patients (4) New frontiers in transplantation (stem cells, xenografts, new immunosuppressive drugs…). The PhD fellowship; open to international and national students, starting in fall 2016 will cover 3-year salary with social security benefits by the University of Nantes. Research activity and training will be performed in a highly competitive environment, with participations to national and international meetings. The INSERM UMR 1064 (www.itun.nantes.inserm.fr/index.php/en/) is part of the French National Institute of Health and Medical Research (INSERM) and of the Nantes University Hospital Transplantation Institute (ITUN).
